Thank you for supporting our small, independent studio! Every candle and aroma stone is carefully handcrafted by me (yes, just little ol’ me!) in small batches. Please read the details below to understand our process and timelines.
Each item is made to order with care. Please allow up to 14 business days for crafting and quality checks. Delivery timelines begin after your order is dispatched.
Important Notes: Processing excludes weekends and UK bank holidays. Personalised items cannot be expedited for next-day delivery. We aim to ship sooner whenever possible.

🚚 Delivery Options
We use Evri Home Delivery as our main courier. Your parcel will be delivered to your door via a tracked service.
- Standard Shipping: £3.49–£6.50 (depending on weight)
- Free Shipping: On orders over £50
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 business days after dispatch
We’ll send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
